RENT COLLECTION REMINDER for September 2020Please note that rent collection will take place IN September on 8th Tuesday and 9th Wednesday and 10th Thursday 11th Friday and 12 th Saturday .PLEASE ADJUST YOUR RENT ACCORDING TO YOUR NEW CONTRACT. Please let me know at what time. Those that pay into the bank , please ensure that your instruction is set so the money reaches me by 1st of every month in future. If rent is more than 7 days late from 3 September, then their will be an automatic penalty of £ 30 and further charges if continued. Please note rent collection times are from afternoon to 10pm. IN ALL CASES, FIRST MONTH RENT MUST BE PAID WITHIN 7 DA YS OF THE CONTRACT START DATE FOR MONTH OF SEPTEMBER PRO-RATA BASIS : Rent amount per month x no of days in sept stay/ 30 days = £ your rent due for September AND THEN FULL MONTHLY RENT ON THE 1ST OF EVERY MONTH FROM 1 OCTOBER ONWARDSthose that pay online reference your name and month of rent in short form, with address in short form.
