RENT COLLECTION for October 2019Please note that rent collection will take place October ,1st Tuesday and 2nd Wednesday and 3rd Thursday and 4th Friday and 5th Saturday and 6th Sunday . Please ensure rent is paid within 1 week of start of month
Please let me know at what time. Those that pay into the bank , please ensure that your instruction is set so the money reaches me by 1st of every month in future. If rent is more than 7 days late from 1October , then their may be a late payment fee and further charges if continued. Please note rent collection times are from afternoon to 10pm.
Those that pay online reference your name and month of rent in short form, with address in short form. Please contact landlord for bank details .
PROPERTY HANDBOOK/WEBSITE- Information for new and existing tenants.
Handbook:This will help you and contains important information and benefits to help you in your accommodation and what to do etc. If you have not got it ,please ask Also you should refer to the website tenant pages. New tenants should receive an induction for the property. Please ASK
It is very important that you make a note of any damage or make the landlord aware of anything that is not working or clean at your property at the beginning of your tenancy ( within first 7 days ) so it can be put right We will call a cleaner to further clean your house for FREE;FOR NEW TENANCIES STARTING.
Please email your repairs and requests within 7 days .
It is a very busy time , but we intend to get around to your property asap for repairs
It is important that you take the meter numbers for the electric and Gas see

You should follow the guidelines in the handbook when reporting repairs or issues.

Portable appliances such as electric fires, convector or fan heaters should not be used.
Also please note , the landlord is not responsible for tenants personal possessions. All tenants that enter into a contract should have their own contents insurance.
please ensure you have registerd for all the utilities (GAS , ELECTRIC and WATER). IT is your responsibility and could effect your deposit return at the end of your contract.Because we may ask to see prove of this at this time. need help email ask?OTHERS
It is imprtant you keep a record of your start readings at the start of your contract and record your meter number everymonth is highky recommeded and is essential you do this for larger houses so energy usge can be monitored and so effectively managed.
All adminstrative enquires will be dealt with through email , telephone or other media but if you would like to like to see me in person (the property manager) , if the query cannot be resolved over the phone etc then you can request to visit me at the address given in the contact detials . Unless the landlord agrees then he may come to visit you. PLEASE NOTE THIS DOES NOT AFFECT REPAIR ENQUIRIES .
